Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of purchase confirmation. During peak periods (holidays, sales, and high-demand seasons), processing time may be extended to up to 10 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
2. SHIPPING RATES
ALAYASWIM ships worldwide. The following shipping rates apply:
- Standard international shipping: flat rate of $20 USD.
- Free shipping on all orders of $250 USD or more.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Free shipping is automatically applied when the qualifying threshold is reached.

- Nova Poshta Global and trusted local partners depending on the destination country.
The carrier for your order is selected based on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping route available.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery time to most countries is 7–8 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal infrastructure, and customs processing.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ALAYASWIM is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time on the carrier's website.
If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@alayaswim.com.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
ALAYASWIM ships internationally and your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities. If you are unsure about applicable duties or taxes in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order.
7. DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will assist you in tracking your parcel and remain in contact until your order is delivered.
