Shipping Information

• We offer express shipping at a flat rate equivalent to $20 USD.

• Each order is individually made for the client and processed within 1-4 business days. During periods of high demand, the processing time may be extended to up to 6 business days.

Delivery Times:

• UAE, EU, USA, Canada: 7-8 business days.

• Ukraine: Orders to Ukraine cannot be placed directly through the website. However, if you wish to place an order for delivery to Ukraine, please contact our manager. We will issue an invoice and provide free delivery within 3 business days after the order is ready.

• Rest of the World: 7-8 business days.

Please note that due to potential lockdowns or customs delays in your area, delivery to some countries may experience minor delays. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

• The innovative swimwear fabric has sun protection comparable to SPF-35 sunscreen. This allows you to stay in the sun for longer periods of time without burning or redness. 
• The fabric of swimwear allows some of the sun's rays to pass through the small pores of the fabric, so the tan is soft and does not leave white marks or burns. For an even tan all over your body, you can use a sunscreen with a medium SPF 35 sunscreen

• We have a standard size chart that you can use to find your size.
• If you want to choose one size top and another size bottom - go to the SEPARATES section to choose.
• If your parameters are different - write to our manager and we will take into account your individual measurements when sewing a swimsuit.

Swimsuits do not have cups as they do not allow tanning to pass through. We can sew in cups for an additional fee of $20, which increases the lead time to 10 business days. Please email our manager for more details.

• Our swimsuits are not see-through thanks to the bright, multicolored print. The swimsuit may look see-through, but when you put it on, it’s not. Some areas of the swimsuit might be slightly transparent, but this usually does not cause discomfort to our customers.
• However, if you’re still concerned about transparency, we can add an extra layer of beige mesh in the chest area free of charge. To request this, please contact our manager within 8 hours of placing your order.

• Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at info.alayaswim@gmail.com within 8 hours of placing your order.
• After this period 8 hours, we will not be able to cancel the order or make any changes.

• Swimsuits belong to the category of non-returnable goods.
• Each order is made individually for the customer immediately after placing the order and is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
